Jack White has revealed the new video for his debut solo
single 'Love Interruption' which has already knocked up at least 30 plays
according to my iTunes.
As promised, the former White Stripes man released the video,
which he also directed, for Valentine's Day (sorry, we're a bit late). The catchy track sees him work with
singer Ruby Amanfu, who provides backing vocals, and Emily Bowland on bass
clarinet and Brooke Wagonner on Wurlitzer electric piano. I love the whole blues feel to the record, something the man does very well.
White has also announced plans for his debut solo live
shows, which will take place in March in the United States.
Following the release of the single, White's debut solo
album 'Blunderbuss', produced by the man himself and recorded at his Third Man
Studio in Nashville, will be released on April 23.
